Iced Tea Punch
I discovered this recipe years ago when my sister and I were hosting our annual Mother's Day Tea (a tradition that might be revived this summer, since we'll be living so close again!! We'll have to make it a "Summer Tea" instead, LOL!).
Iced Tea Punch:
2 liter bottle of ginger ale
1 cup of Lipton Iced Tea Mix (raspberry, peach, or lemon)
Mix well one cup of Iced Tea Mix together with two liters of ginger ale. Add crushed ice. Optional garnishes: spearmint leaves, raspberries, lemon slices.
Our family favorite is the raspberry--I make it by the pitcher or by the glass (I just do it by taste, but it might be about a tablespoon of mix to 12 oz. ginger ale).
This past week, I bought the Walmart knock-off brand of iced tea mixes (peach and raspberry). We had a pitcher of raspberry tea last night and it was delicious--I did not notice a significant difference in taste, but some might prefer Lipton.

Mmmm. Sounds refreshing!
Mmm, this sounds great! Think I might borrow this recipe. :wink-wink:
yummy! thanks for sharing the recipe! now I just need a pitcher of this and a couple of bubble machines! lol. :big-smile:
Sounds good; I will have to try it out! I'm glad your time is coming to an end (the endless packing!) and I hope this move will bring some renewal and refreshment to all of you!! In a more current post, you mention getting a trampoline--we are hoping to put one up this Summer as well; a friend is giving theirs away.
Guess our kids will be BOUNCING, but hopefully outdoors, not in, right? lol ~Tea
@SimpliciTea - Oh, thank you! I hope so, too--even though this will be a temporary move (well, who really knows?!), I am so happy to just get OUT and AWAY from this house, LOL. And yes, hopefully they will be bouncing outside, LOL! My dh reminded me that we bought a small moonwalk (?air-filled-bouncing-thingy) last summer from a friend--we might just put that up instead! But, our oldest would be left out of the fun, so I don't know...
